Nicolle – Founder & Owner of KickOff Services Pty Ltd

With an unwavering dedication to empowering others, Nicolle is the visionary founder and owner of KickOff Services Pty Ltd. Armed with a strong educational foundation that includes Bachelor’s degrees in Arts/Education, with an Additional needs specialisation, and Certificates IV in Community Services and Leadership and Management, Nicolle's qualifications are matched only by her hands-on expertise.

Drawing from 24 years of lived experience with disability, Nicolle brings a unique and deeply empathetic perspective to her work. Her journey has shaped her into a passionate advocate and support worker, committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

When she's not leading KickOff Services, Nicolle can be found enjoying life's simple pleasures—grooving to her favorite 70’s disco hits, taking peaceful walks along the beach, indulging in her love for colouring, and cherishing time with family and friends.

About Gary

Gary is a qualified support worker and motor vehicle mechanic who brings a unique combination of expertise and lived experience to the business. With 24 years of experience supporting his family members with disabilities, Gary is deeply passionate about empowering others to achieve their goals and lead fulfilling lives.

Outside of his professional work, Gary enjoys spending time with horses, as well as pursuing hobbies like sports, gardening, and cooking. He values quality time with his family and has a special bond with his assistance animal, Bella Mia, whom he has proudly trained. Known for his creative problem-solving, Gary excels at coming up with innovative ways to teach and support clients, making a meaningful difference in their lives.

About Gemma 

Gemma is an accomplished professional with a wealth of knowledge and experience, holding Bachelor’s degrees in Marketing, Media, and Communications. For 24 years, she has navigated life with multiple disabilities and health challenges, including Autism, and has emerged as a passionate advocate and mentor for the disability community.

In her role within the business, Gemma expertly manages social media and marketing, bringing creativity and strategic insight to every project. She also serves as a trusted advisor on disability advocacy, staying informed on critical media developments and issues that impact the community she cares so deeply about.

Beyond her professional achievements, Gemma is a devoted wife and proud mother of two small children. Her love for animals shines through in her companionship with her two remarkable support dogs, Gabriella and Chaos, who play an essential role in her daily life.

Gemma’s dedication, expertise, and heartfelt commitment to empowering others make her an invaluable voice in the disability community.

Meet Karina

Karina is a compassionate and dedicated professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and a Certificate IV in Disability and Aged Care. With over 25 years of experience supporting people with disabilities, she has worn many hats throughout her career, including foster carer, support worker, compliance officer, and administrator. Karina has also held several government positions as an administrator, showcasing her expertise in leadership and organizational roles.

In addition to her impressive professional background, Karina is a devoted wife and the proud mother of two children with disabilities, including Autism and ADHD. Her personal experiences have deepened her empathy and understanding, driving her passion for creating meaningful support systems for others. She is committed to helping children develop social skills and learn responsibility by taking care of their animals, fostering growth and connection in innovative ways.

Karina is also a passionate renovator, channeling her creativity and dedication into transforming her home into a welcoming space for her family. Her unwavering commitment to making a difference, both in her community and at home, truly sets her apart. Whether she’s advocating for disability support, nurturing her family, or contributing to community initiatives, Karina’s drive and devotion shine through in all that she does.

About Mary

Mary is a compassionate and dedicated professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and a Certificate III in Disability and Aged Care. With over 8 years of experience supporting individuals with disabilities, Mary has built a strong reputation as a high-needs support worker who brings both expertise and empathy to her role.

In addition to her extensive hands-on experience, Mary is also a trained tutor, committed to helping children learn in innovative and engaging ways. Her use of trauma-informed practices and game-based learning techniques helps foster social skills and confidence in the children she supports. Mary has held several key leadership positions throughout her career, including roles as an administrator, regional manager, and tutor, showcasing her organizational and managerial capabilities.

As a devoted mother of three children with disabilities, including Global Developmental Delay, Autism, and medical challenges, Mary brings unparalleled insight and understanding to her work. She is deeply passionate about her family, friends, and creating a supportive community for others.

When she’s not working, Mary enjoys the simple joys of life—country music, camping adventures, and sharing meaningful moments with loved ones. Her boundless energy and dedication to improving the lives of those around her make Mary an invaluable advocate for individuals and families navigating the world of disability support.

Meet Madeline (Maddie): A Vibrant and Dedicated Young Woman

Maddie is a dynamic and passionate individual currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy at Charles Sturt University. She brings her vibrant energy and unique perspective to every aspect of her life. Living with Autism and ADHD, Maddie embraces her neurodiversity as a strength that shapes her understanding of the world and enhances her ability to connect with others.

An academic achiever, Maddie excelled in her HSC and continues to showcase her dedication and organizational skills through her university studies and other pursuits. A natural mentor, she tutors senior science students, building strong connections and guiding them with her relatable and approachable style.

Outside of her academic life, Maddie is deeply devoted to her family and a close-knit group of friends who inspire and support her journey. She finds joy in simple yet profound pleasures—spending time at the beach, listening to good music (especially old-school classics on vinyl), and embracing life’s little moments of beauty.

Maddie’s dedication, warmth, and ability to inspire those around her make her an incredible role model and a shining light in her community. With a blend of hard work and compassion, she is on her way to making a meaningful impact in the lives of others through her chosen career and beyond.
